It uses all built in options from SharePoint on collaboration and task control. We have added our expertise and coding system, resulting in a strong and structured environment for efficient forecast, reporting and budget (project)management. An example: throughout all websites we use for fixed assets libraries and tasks the code A01 for saving a document or completing a task. No matter where you are, you can always find the document, because A01 is used for fixed assets.

Using these sites has solved the communication problems in the data collection process during reporting and preparation periods. We have also realised many efficiency improvements
